Christine Rudolph

Expert in side roads. Lover of new beginnings.

With a fine sense. Sometimes even on four paws.

Between cultures, universes and turning points

I am Christine – half Hungarian, a therapist with heart and soul, a coach and mentor for people who are currently experiencing deep crises or upheaval. Life means change – sometimes voluntary, often not.

I have experienced first-hand how life twists, turns and reassembles itself. That is why I accompany people who are seeking guidance in such times and want to find (or rediscover) their own path.

My life has always been colourful: growing up between Germany and Hungary, I spent many years in Asia and now live in Spain – always accompanied by curiosity and openness to different cultures. I speak six languages (four of them actively) and work internationally – always with an eye for what connects us.

Several times from the very beginning

I know all about breaks, turning points and new beginnings from close up. Nothing stayed the same – and that is precisely what shaped my path.

My special companion over the last few years: my dog Dr Einstein. As my secret co-coach, he brings lightness to my sessions or simply a warm smile – sometimes even an extra dose of therapy on four paws.

What drives me? The conviction that upheavals are not mistakes in life, but opportunities – no matter what age or at what level.

The greatest revolution? It begins in the nervous system.

When the nervous system regulates itself, the entire system changes – within us and around us.

I work with people all over the world – in a well-founded, individualised manner and with a mix of therapeutic depth and business expertise. I bring experience from the fields of economics, psychology, biological psychology, neuropsychology and psychotherapy.

What is my work about? Systems – and what they do to us. I am convinced that many symptoms are not signs of ‘deficits’ but healthy reactions to unhealthy conditions. My focus is on the nervous system and how we can (re)gain security and self-control. Because lasting change begins when we understand how the body, mind and environment interact.

Whether it’s an acute crisis, a new beginning or a leadership issue, I accompany people with sensitivity, expertise and great respect for their history. Change can be challenging – and full of possibilities!

Expertise. Experience. Diversity.

Therapy. Leadership. Culture. Science.

in systems and structures destroys our connection to ourselves, to our nature, our perception, our connections.

To our lives.
