EXPERIENCE A UNIQUE APPROACH
When trauma bonding, emotional dependency, ongoing stress or recurring patterns weigh on you, your nervous system may become stuck in a prolonged state of survival.
You may feel exhausted, restless or emotionally overwhelmed. You may also notice that emotional stress affects your sleep, energy, lifestyle or physical well-being.
This exclusive programme brings together the best of two worlds: modern psychological process support and the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda.
An experienced Ayurvedic doctor licensed in Sri Lanka considers your constitution, lifestyle and current concerns from an Ayurvedic perspective. Alongside this, I support you in becoming more aware of emotional and interpersonal patterns and in integrating the personal recommendations into your everyday life.
Two perspectives that complement each other—for a deeper understanding of your current situation and your personal path towards greater balance, self-connection and well-being.
